Justin Mouw

Justin’s life has been shaped by service and hard work. He began his career in the United States Air Force, where he learned the values of discipline, integrity, and commitment to something greater than himself. After his military service, he spent years in the service industry, gaining firsthand experience working with people from all walks of life and developing a strong understanding of the everyday challenges many face.

He later trained as an electrician, working as a tradesman and continuing a career built on reliability, problem-solving, and responsibility. Through these varied paths, Justin developed a deep respect for working people and an understanding of how quickly life circumstances can change. Motivated by personal experiences and a desire to give back, Justin co-founded Raven with his wife, Rebekkah Mouw, to help individuals who need legal support but lack the financial resources to afford attorney fees. His mission is rooted in fairness, access to justice, and the belief that everyone deserves proper legal representation—regardless of income.

Revathi R. Vongsiprasom

Revathi R. Vongsiprasom, J.D., is an immigration attorney in Sioux City, Iowa, where she represents immigrants and refugees seeking safety, stability, and a path to opportunity in the United States.

A first-generation American and child of Indian immigrants, she brings her lived experience to her legal advocacy and community engagement. Revathi earned both her B.A. from University of Nebraska, Lincoln and her  J.D. from the University of South Dakota. Revathi has been licensed to practice law for about a decade.

In addition to her legal practice, she serves as Dean of Opportunity and Engagement (and previously Associate Dean of Inclusion) at Western Iowa Tech Community College, where she works to advance equity, belonging, and access in higher education.

Revathi speaks and teaches frequently on community, systemic inequity, and the immigrant experience, including a 2023 TEDx talk, “Community: To Build or to Destroy.”
